Vacation Part 4

Then we headed to see all of Almas family in Utah. It was such a great time and the weather was beautiful. We got to go to a park and eat pizza and play frisbee. Then we all hung out and played games and talked for 2 days. It was so wonderful.

     

All of the nieces and nephews are getting so big and so many have passed me up on height. It is so fun to see how they have grown! We miss them all so much. It was wonderful. We got to see all 8 of Almas siblings! What a blessing and we are so grateful for them making an effort to come out and see us.

Vacation Part 3

Since we were going to Az and already having to rent a car we decided to make our trip a big one and go and visit with Almas family. It was so great to be able to go to Almas Parents home and visit with them and have them see our kids. Especially Brad. It was a wonderful 4 days and Almas sister who also lives far from everyone came down and stayed there too while we were there. We used to live close to her family a long time ago and we miss her being so far. It was a great time with playing and doing puzzles and making leather key chains and sharing good company. We sure do miss Almas parents a lot and are so glad we got to spend some time with them.

     

   

    
 

Vacation Part 2

The whole reason we decided to go on vacation was to go see my Grandparents in AZ for their 60th wedding anniversary party. I had not seen my cousins on that side for probably 15 years. It was great to be able to go to their house again and see family. It was beautiful up there but it was a quick trip. It ended up raining the night of the reunion. I didn’t get any pictures that night.

   

     

 

Vacation Part 1

There were about 6 Parts of our vacation this last month. Here is the first part. We went to Scottsdale, Az with all my family … my brother was missing, and we played at parks and rode on a train and swam and hung out and laughed in the hotel . It was only about 40 hours total if even, but it was a fun time.

The good thing about my Moms job is she can do it while on vacation, the bad thing about my moms job is she can do it on vacation. She was busy talking to someone at the park and so we decided to tease her and all get on our phones and pretend to be talking too. It was so funny when she realized that they were all standing behind her on their phones. She had to continue her conversation without laughing.

   

Years ago my Sister lived in Az and we would always go to Bahamas Bucks, It is a snow shack place. It was so yummy. That is where we had lunch.

Sisters

 

Love these two together. They have moments just like any siblings would have, but they are super sweet to each other a lot of the time. I love them and their relationship and I am so glad they have each other.

  

They wanted to wear these big headbands. We got them at the dollar store one day and they have never wore them for more than 20 mins. But I got a couple pictures with them on. They are so big and crazy.

      

  

  

One day it was time for Whitney's nap and she wasn’t really wanting to go. So Kaitlyn said, “Hey Whitney, if you go take a nap I will make a special present for you!”

It got Whitney to go to take a nap and she worked the whole 2 hours on this present for her. Coloring a picture for her and she cut out some pictures as toys. We got a bag for her to put it all in and she even made a card. It was so sweet.

Kaitlyn has such a loving heart.
