Great Weather and lots of fun!

We have had such wonderful weather lately.
Here she is on a neighborhood swing that she loves to go to with Grandpa.

She loves to get out of the house and "go somewhere"
Here she is all ready to go to my friends Annas house to play with other kids with her lunch all packed. I know she is going to love going to school one day... but that is not for a few more years... Which I am sure she would be glad to go right now.

I love that her hair is getting alittle longer, I love dressing her up (I LOVE GIRLS) and making her all cute. Glad to be having another girl to dress up also! So much fun!

Here she is playing with a little girl that Anna takes care of, such a cute little girl! It was fun to see them play together. Annas nephew was there playing too.
She had so much fun jumping on the tramp. She talked about it all day long, and was super sad to leave.
As soon as we picked up dad from work, she told him all about her time jumping with "the boys"
(we are still working on who is girls and who is boys)

I stopped by the house yesterday and they had put up the insulation, things are coming along!

And they painted our siding, we think it turned out pretty great!
Next step is drywall and the brick on the outside of the house.

Same 3 things I always blog about... Kaitlyn, pregnancy and our house

Here are some pictures of my Pregnancy progress as of today. 34 weeks and 2 days. We are really plugging along and I am so excited to meet our newest little girl.
Today, I was sitting with Alma and Kaitlyn and I felt like someone was missing... I guess that means we are more ready for this little girl to come! We are excited!
***Here is a link to a picture of me Pregnant with Kaitlyn around 33 weeks. Same outfit. Do I look different? Same?***
These 2 pictures below were taken today:

We went a visited our house on Sat. and there is so much progress.
The roof is on and the walls are on the outside of the house with siding.

This is our breakfast area and family room.

(Kaitlyn wanted a picture of her side view)

Kaitlyn loves Grammys Glasses.
She always finds them and wears them and tells us all that she is Grammy, she even acts like Grammy. It is pretty funny. She makes Grammy be Kaitlyn and my mom is a good sport by humoring her.

We had a great Saturday and Sunday.
Got to spend time outside!
Kaitlyn walked pretty well on the stilts.

Alma wasn't too shabby either. I was wayyy to scared to try it myself, but my mom did really well! Too bad I didn't get a picture of it.

Some funny things that Kaitlyn has been saying, Which there are so many but I never remember to get them written down:
When she was on the stilts, she looked up at me and said,
"Hey Mom! Take a picture!!"
Today after Sacrament she turned to me and said,
"Your Kaitlyn, you go to Nursery,
I am mommy and I am going on a date with Daddy."
Whenever she falls she doesn't want any body but herself to kiss her boo boo better.
It is too cute!

Baby girl #2 sneak peek

We have had hit or miss weather here in Texas, but it is still nothing compared to the cold of Utah and Idaho.
Last week we had a beautiful day, in the 70's and so me and Kate had a Day Date where we went window shopping, shared a lunch in the park, played with the ducks, and then of course made time for the swing!
So much fun to be able to go outside with a two year old in January.

I have so much fun with her and she is growing up so much!!
She is talking a ton! Nothing she doesn't say.
I guess being around 4 adults right now really speeds up her vocab.
Sometimes I am shocked at the words she knows, nothing bad of course, just words I never knew she knew!!!
I am amazed at her, she can sing the whole 1st verse of "I am a Child of God" with only missing one small word. She loves to sing all the time and have me or Alma play the piano.
Such a performer!

Last week I finally made it to a Doctor and since it was my 1st time at this office they did an Ultrasound! So fun to get to do that at 33 weeks!!!
She is growing and looking a lot like the baby we will get to bring home in 7 weeks.
These are just pictures of the pictures, so they aren't the best, but she kept covering her eyes with her hands while she was sleeping.
It took us awhile to get her to move her hands so we could get her face.
Kaitlyn really enjoyed looking at her and you could tell that it was clicking that there is a baby in mommys tummy!
She is going to be a great big sister.

Here is a shot of her from the side, covering her eyes with her hands.

Here is a shot of her yawning. So cute!

Kaitlyn the whole way home was talking about how 'Baby Lyla' sleeps.
(we are leaning towards the name Lyla, but are still feeling it out, it could change)

I just had to get it on video:
