...No Seven Wonders of the world...

"There are no Seven Wonders to the world in the eyes of a child.
There are seven million."
--Walk Streightiff

Everyday is an adventure with my Daughter. I seriously can not get enough of this little girl and I am loving this age!
(I keep saying that about every age)
She makes our lives so much fun and I am grateful to have her and watch her Discover the world around her.
She loves wipes.... (which is an expensive love of hers) I am not sure what the deal is with them or why they always need to go on the head? But I love that she does it and she will leave them on forever!

Random: It snowed yesterday! May 24th!! Crazy!

It is harder than it looks to be a woman.

She has just fallen in love with her baby. She has to do everything that she does. Eat, sleep, play... wash her hands after a meal, I was even putting lotion on Kate before church and she just had to put lotion on her baby afterwards. It is quite adorable.

She loves to color and draw.
No where better to do this than the kitchen floor.
That is one thing I love about having a kid.... they keep you young!!! I wouldn't have just laid on the kitchen floor drawing by myself. But it is so much fun to do!

She really loves to make us laugh. I love it!
Here is a video of her making us laugh, which is appears as though maybe she is laughing harder at her own jokes than we are.
(this really made me laugh hard though)

FaMiLy GeT tOgEtHeR!

This last week my Sister, Kenna and her family came into town to drop her Parents in-law at the MTC. Since all of the kids in my family live in Utah we had a get together and it was a blast!

We played at the Park in my apartment quad.

We took lots of photos of the cute kids!

We all squished into my apartment to hang out and play Wii.

The sisters had a night out on the town! Without kids!
(while the hubbies played rock band... so we didn't feel too bad for them.)

It was great to get all the grandkids together!

These were taken before all this fun... I got a flower for mothers day and Kate loved them. She always wanted to smell them. Too cute!

And I am silly, I love to dress up like her. Wayyy too fun!
Thanks Kenna for coming down and having the fun we had!! It was seriously a blast! Playing "Min. to win it" and playing Mario late into the night!!!

She had so much fun in it.

It was a great Mothers Day too! I am so grateful for all that my mother has done for me. It has been a lot, and even though I am moved out and on my own with my own family, she still supports, and gives advice and helps me through hard times. Thank you for always being there Mom.
And to all you Moms out there... What a great blessing it is to be a mom!!!! I hope to felt loved and appreciated for all the things that you do.
It completely rocks my socks off and I know that my life is 1000000000Xs better because I am able to unselfishly serve my daughter and take care of her in numerous ways. What a great blessing she is and how wonderful it is to raise her and watch her learn and grow and teach her the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am looking forward to the many more children to come to our home.
